The Brief

Kite Pharma is an American biotechnology company that develops cancer immunotherapy products, with a primary focus on genetically engineered autologous CAR T cell therapy, a cell-based therapy which relies on chimeric antigen receptors and T cells.

The team at Livework has been tasked with helping Kite understand the CAR T cell therapy journey from end to end with a user centric lens, so as to identify opportunities for improving the patient and customer experience. As well as improve access to treatment, thereby reducing mortality rates.
